1. Made-to-Order Products

All items are made to order through Printful, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


3. Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with Printful to resolve the issue.


4. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are issued:

  • After approval of your claim
  • To your original payment method
